LIQUI EXHIBITION DESIGN
VIP AREA - LONDON COFFEE FESTIVAL
THE PROJECT

Liqui’s VIP lounge design for The House of Coffee & Co at London Coffee Festival had a coffee shop interior feel. Developed to create an inviting atmosphere with contemporary interior design details and beautifully designed furnishings, it meant that visitors could experience fine single origin coffees, teas, and cocktails in a relaxed space that is broken up into smaller spaces using interior ‘houses’ reflective of the House of Coffee brand.

It’s a simple and elegant environment that takes inspiration from Scandinavian styles implementing light woods with white and black detailing to create an airy informal space. The VIP lounge design features a purposefully long and elegant coffee counter/bar with a deep black front and a regal gold top. This, when combined with the informal and relaxed style seating, creates a juxtaposition between the decadent and the utilitarian.

DESIGN ELEMENTS

The purpose of this environment is to create an exclusive experience for VIP’s to come and relax whilst interacting with one another. With its variety of enclosed seating areas it also allows for a bit of privacy so people can have a relaxing place to work and have meetings. These seating booths when combined with the touches of greenery and textured walls creates an environment that is both harmonious and welcoming.

Liqui's creative team is a real pleasure to work with, always bringing fresh ideas and valuable insights into our projects. We could not recommend them enough."

FURNITURE

It’s the furniture that makes this interior. The collection was purposefully designed by Liqui to be simple and unassuming taking heavy influence from Scandinavian styles. It makes use of sustainably sourced birch ply tops which contrast brilliantly against the gleaming white legs.
