Our Director, Cameron Fry speaks with Edwin Harrison, founder of Artisan Coffee Shop and Curious Roo about the Future of Coffee Shops – From Design to Functionality. Edwin’s first coffee shop was designed entirely by us – from the interior styling to the furniture and lighting. It’s an award winning design and the first coffee shop we undertook. Both Cameron and Edwin are experts in the coffee field, so it seemed perfect for them to sit down to discuss their view on the future of coffee shops.
