RESTAURANT INTERIOR DESIGN
ROLL & PATTY
A RESTAURANT CHAIN WITH WIDE APPEAL

Liqui are currently undertaking the restaurant design of the brand new Roll & Patty chain set up by one of the largest food and beverage groups in the Middle East. Taking our inspiration from New Orleans and the Louisiana Bayous, the restaurant interior designs reflect an easy-living, relaxed atmosphere; being both bright and fun with a festival feel complementary to the premium fast food offering which includes quality burgers and lobster rolls.

Unlike some of the independent restaurants we’ve designed, that are quite individual and aimed at a very specific clientele, the overall design for the chain had to be something that would be appealing to a wider audience. We came up with an engaging look based around easily transferable elements that would work in a variety of units differing in shape and size. These include such items as the booth seating set in roof frames, reflective of beach houses; and bespoke wall paper that has the appearance of worn branded posters. A specific range of bright colours developed the brand further and have been utilised on the Liqui furniture and lighting used throughout. Often arranged over two floors, each interior is divided into different seating areas which adds interest as well as versatility.

"The interiors are designed to have an easy-living, relaxed atmosphere; being both bright and fun with a festival feel."
